Please note that no products or services are available for direct purchase through this website. All sales and services are conducted through separate agreements, including signed contracts outlining the terms of service and commission details.
2. Service Refunds
Due to the nature of the services provided by Abbey Print Sales (APS), including album design, management, and sales, all payments are non-refundable once services have commenced. These services are customized and specific to each client, and refunds cannot be issued after the project has started.
3. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a service agreement, you may do so within the first 30 days of signing the contract, with both parties' written agreement. Cancellations requested after the initial 30-day period will be subject to mutual written consent from both parties, as outlined in the contract. Services will continue unless both parties agree to terminate the contract.
4. Ongoing Services
In the event of a cancellation, any work completed or services rendered by APS up to the point of cancellation will be billed accordingly, per the terms of the contract. This includes, but is not limited to, design work, customer communications, and album sales management.
5. Payment Terms
All payments are processed monthly as agreed upon in the signed contract. If a payment issue arises (e.g., declined card), the client has 7 calendar days to resolve it. Failure to do so may result in late fees or suspension of services, as outlined in the contract.
