My album design turnaround time is usually 3 days to a week, but around holidays it may take up to a week and a half. After the initial design, I work collaboratively with clients on revisions and am committed to delivering high-quality designs within a reasonable timeframe.
I understand that you may want to have an email under your email suite. However, it could lead to confusion if your clients are emailing me from 15+ separate emails for every photographer. Therefore, to ensure clarity and streamlined communication, I find it more effective to have all emails consolidated under one email. Rest assured, I have a separate email solely for the purpose of communicating with your clients. In every email, I always CC you and sign my name with your brand, for example, "Abbey with Jane Doe Photography." This way, your clients are aware that they are communicating with your brand, and you have complete visibility over all client communication.
You don't need to worry about any upfront payments! I work on a commission-only basis, meaning there are no fees or payments required upfront. I am always motivated to deliver results that exceed your expectations, as my payment is dependent on the success of our collaboration.

I usually contact your clients by email, but am open to using other modes of communication if preferred. After our initial album information session call with your client, I find that they often prefer to communicate via text or phone call. I prioritize clear and efficient communication to ensure that we create beautiful albums that exceed their expectations.
